Auckland, New Zealand

February 5, 2015 We finally reached a location on our International Phone Plan. Until now I often felt isolated from our family and friends. There have been multiple days where we have no Internet or communication with the rest of the world. We will spend two days in Auckland. Today we utilized a Hop On / Hop Off bus and saw most of the top city attractions including; Bastion Point, Sea Life, the Parnell Rose Gardens & Village, Auckland Museum, Sky Tower, Eden Park and the Auckland Zoo. Auckland is a beautiful city! I could easily spend a week here. Tomorrow, we hope to catch a ferry to Devonport Island for the day.

    Love the shark bus. Here is the solution to the scary dive and swimming with sharks. Just ride the bus! Gary looks like he is comparing the foliage here with his garden at home. His wins hands down.
